Payment:
Colony Auto Enthusiasts accepts the following forms of payment for internet purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not ship retail orders C.O.D. Foreign orders may be held until receipt of payment has been verified. All orders must include the complete billing address and accurate contact information before an order will be processed and approved for shipment.
Returns:
You may return any stock item* within 30 days for credit, exchange or refund provided you have obtained approval from Colony Auto Enthusiasts staff and have been issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Packages returned without an RA# will be refused. Returns should be sent via insured prepaid UPS or U.S. Postal Service for your protection and to insure prompt service. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition complete with original packaging and a copy of your receipt to receive appropriate credit or refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned merchandise.
*Sorry . . . we cannot accept returns of custom made products or special orders.
Pricing/Discounts:
We try to offer fair pricing on all of our products. From time to time you may see a lower price from another vendor. Although we do not price-match, we feel that our prices are set fairly for the level of service we provide and we encourage you to consider your purchase on more than price alone. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
Wholesale discounts are available to qualified businesses. Interested businesses may call 1-757-645-3363 to speak with a wholesale representative.
Shipping:
All orders are processed expeditiously. We make every effort to ship orders of in-stock merchandise within 24 hours.
Shipping fees are based on the current UPS shipping rates and may be shipped from more than one location with separate shipping charges from each location. International orders may be subject to additional duties and/or customs charges.
Special Orders and Backorders:
Special order merchandise may be shipped separately from in-stock merchandise. Additional shipping charges may apply to Special Orders which require multiple or split shipment.
Merchandise that is temporarily out of stock will be charged on the initial invoice and shipped upon arrival. If the projected backorder time is only a few days, the entire order may be held until it can be shipped complete. If a longer backorder time (10 days or more) is anticipated, we will ship the balance of the order immediately and notify you of the estimated delivery time of the backordered merchandise.
Gifts:
If you are purchasing merchandise to be shipped to an alternate address as a gift, please advise us of your intent in the Comments Section on the final checkout page. We will send your receipt to the billing address and the package will be shipped to the gift recipient. You may also include a message to the recipient in the Comments Section. We will relay that message to the recipient.
Privacy:
Any information provided to Colony Auto Enthusiasts for the purpose of our transaction will remain in the possession of Colony Auto Enthusiasts. We DO NOT and WILL NOT sell, rent, or otherwise share customer information with other parties.
